Wedding Snaps Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("the Terms") apply to the booking and usage of both the Wedding Snaps website and app ("Wedding Snaps").

Wedding Snaps is owned and operated by Syncostyle Limited (trading as Jupli) ("we", "us" or "our"). We are a limited company, registered in England and Wales with company number 09192311. Our registered office is at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

Booking a Wedding

When booking your wedding on Wedding Snaps, you will provide the number of guests at your wedding and number of photos per guest. Upon confirmaton of your payment, we will provide you with a QR Code to be scanned in the Wedding Snaps app.

The number of times this QR code can be scanned is limited to the number of guests you provide in your booking. It is your responsibility to ensure this code is only used by your guests. We cannot be held responsible for non-guests scanning the QR code.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a booking at any time before the start date you provided when you made the booking ("Start Date"). To do this, send an email to with the subject "Cancel My Booking".

If you cancel more than 28 days (inclusive) before the Start Date, there is no cancellation fee. At our discretion we may subtract the costs incurred by our payment processor when processing the orignal payment, but otherwise you will receive a refund for the full amount of your original payment.

If you cancel between 7 and 28 days before the Start Date, there is a 50% cancellation fee. In this case, you will receive a refund for 50% of the amount of your original payment.

If you cancel less than 7 days before the Start Date, there is a 100% cancellation fee, with no refund.

We may reduce or waive the cancellation fee for specific bookings, entirely at our discretion.

We may cancel any booking for any reason, entirely at our discrection. If we cancel your booking, and you did not request it, you will receive a full refund, unless there is a legal reason we cannot do this.

Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method.

Printing of Photos

Your wedding guests join the Wedding Snaps app using your booking's QR Code. Each guest is allocated a number of photos you choose when you make the booking. No refund is due if guests do not use their full allocation, or if fewer guests join your booking than the number of guests you provided.

Each photo guests take in the Wedding Snaps app between the Start Date and End Date (the end date you provided when you made the booking) will be uploaded to the Wedding Snaps server. These photos will be printed by our printing partner on 4x6" photo paper, and posted to the address you provided with your booking.


We take you and your guests' privacy very seriously. We have a Privacy Policy which outlines how we handle and process your data.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The date of the current revision date of the Terms is at the top of this document. At any time, for any reason and in our sole discretion, we may revise the Terms without notice to you.

Any revisions that we make to the Terms are effective immediately. Your continued use of Wedding Snaps after we have revised the Terms indicates your consent to the revised Terms.
